At Valetta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all Valetta tags still attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
